All 3E APIs (REST and OData) endpoints require authentication. 3E APIs use OAuth 2.0 tokens for authentication purposes. Elite 3E APIs are enabled by the customer via their MS Entra ID through an App Registration.
For third parties or internal IT teams who need 3E API credentials for a particular customer instance, please contact the customer directly to request for the API credentials.
For Elite partners who need 3E API credentials for the Partner API Test Instance, please contact Elite’s partner team at partnerprogram@elite.com to request for API credentials.
