As a customer system administrator, in addition to the API credentials, instance IDs for the environments to which API calls are made must also be provided.
To obtain the firm’s Instance ID for Stage (Preview) and Live environments, the system administrator can obtain this information from the Cloud Management Tool (CMT).

Most customers will have only one instance for Live and one instance for Stage. In the case the customer has multiple instances, all the instances will show under the Tenants tab in the Cloud Management tool as shown below:
